3. The upgrade to executive level rooms isn't too much and if you can use the executive lounge for complimentary continental breakfast, evening desserts and snacks and soft drinks all day, then it's worth it.

9. I stayed in Room 2320 (2 double beds) and thought the room and amenities were nice (bathrobes, toiletries, soft towels) The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows.

10. I also found it annoying that they charge over $4 for a bottle of water when you can help yourself to them at the executive center on the 25th floor (along with juice or soft drinks) for no additional charge.
