1. The staff in general does not seem willing to do anything above and beyond what guests can expect from other chains at this loyalty level.

2. Have stayed here annually for EMS Conference, a great locaiton, attentive and discrete staff, nice service, good room service, generous room size, flat screen TV appropriate to the room size, good concierge lounge with all amenities.

5. The people who started on the very high floors generally had several floors of stops and realizations that there was no more room in the car on their way down, and the people on the low floors, like me, had to wait for three cars to go by before I could fit into one.

7. My room was comfortable and well equipped, the staff were all professional and friendly, the bar was well stocked and managed by knowledgeable staff, and the lobby was well maintained, so generally everything about the hotel was very good.
