1. While I had an issue with the iron spitting out black streaks on my clothing, Room Services had a new iron delivered and took my stained clothing for cleaning and promptly returned them within 1 hour.

9. After waiting untul 5pm for the room to be ready I dumped my stuff - went to the reception for my conference and got back late to find out the new room had a connecting door.
