1. We stayed in a room with two queen beds and the room was clean, big, and bright (nice big windows overlooking 5th and 6th streets with the football stadium in the background).

9. also my car battery died (only 2 year old battery) i think they left a light on or something but they jumped me quickly and it wasn't that big of a problem.

10. We had a large, 2 queen bed room on the 23rd floor (this is a big hotel) and my Gold status got us free entry into the spa/pool.
