1. The Hilton struck out on two out of three of these: the beds were rather stiff and uncomfortable, and the guests at the hotel really loud and management seemed to care little.

4. I had a very early flight, he took care of my checkout, made sure i could get out of the parking garage and even helped track down a lost and found item when I got to the airport and realized I had left something in my room.

9. When you walk into the Executive Lounge you are treated like Royalty, when you are walking down the hall you are greeted with a sincere smile, when you deal with anyone in the dining rooms, convention area, front desk or even the coffee shop, the high level of training and care are obvious.
