1. Having to go downstairs two days in a row to wait for our room to be cleaned after a hard days skiing was very irritating.

2. For us, we like to get back, soak in the tub and then go for some drinks - we don't want to hang around in wet and cold ski clothes waiting for our room to be cleaned.

3. Even if that were true, I am not sure that is a good explanation? Equally annoying was to come back to our room at 4:30 pm one afternoon to find that they had only just started cleaning our room.

4. The gym was just the right size, clean, bright with lots of water and little snacks.

5. For some reason, staffs did not clean up the snow on the chairs by the pool, and I didn't see anyone using the pool during my stay, which is very odd.

7. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean with all the ameneties you need (40 inch plasma and so on) and I understand they are being renovated this year which is fantastic news although their condition was already brilliant.

8. The Caddilac Escalades are clean, convenient and always ready, but consider the tips also, and it`s not cost effective.

9. Our room was very nice and clean, not worth the price though, however their customer service was excellent , Emma and James helped us out and tried to make our stay a pleasant one, we also received bubbly from John the manager for our celebration.
