4. The chairs are newly upholstered and new carpet, not what is on their website again, so be careful if you are planninga destination event.

5. we arrived late at night, but our luggage did not and the hotel totally took care of the problem - sending a man with rental ski clothes to our room the next morning and checking for our luggage at the airport - which did arrive the next day.
