1. ) to discover a $380 shipping receiving fee and when I complained about it, was tossed around from the inside UPS store to the front desk manager and back, with absolutely no positive result.

5. Gosh where to start? I suppose with the positives:- Excellent location for Disneyland, it takes approximately 20 minutes to walk to the front gates.

8. Except for their decorating styles, the changes they have made since my last stay seem positive but they do have a few areas that they could still use some work on.

9. Both Super Shuttle and Disney had representatives positioned at desks in lobby waiting to assist customers, which was a nice service for business travelers and vacationers alike, although I did not book anything at either desk.
