1. For a $5 cab ride, you can get almost as close as the bus (ask to be dropped off across from where the buses enter), and it's cheaper than the ART.

4. We were annoyed, but when we arrived at the hotel we asked if we could extend our stay one extra night and the man at the front desk made it happen, and for a cheaper rate than online.
