1. The gym was great, had a lap pool, plenty of cardio equipment and lots of weights but it does cost $14 for access (free for HHonors members Silver and above, I think).

6. We were given a free upgrade at check-in, I wish we hadn't taken it in some ways - the room was a long walk from the elevators along corridors that clearly need their decoration/carpeting improved.
