1. I think your hotel experience can make or break your vacation, as having recently having a terrible experience at another hotel chain in Moab, I am thankful to find a hotel that takes customer care and makes it their top priority, as well as cleanliness and a well trained staff.

2. When you wake up in the morning the Hilton kicks it up a notch further by taking care of your meals (buffet or continental) with top notch service from Arlene Sulluvan,Jesus Liseau,Salvador Villa and an army of other staff that I can't put a name to.
