1. I think your hotel experience can make or break your vacation, as having recently having a terrible experience at another hotel chain in Moab, I am thankful to find a hotel that takes customer care and makes it their top priority, as well as cleanliness and a well trained staff.

5. The bathroom was not clean at all and I had to contact the reception and when I did that I got the most bizarre proposal: we can do a 'deep clean' of your bathroom - honestly I did not know that there were different levels of cleanliness at Hilton hotel.
