1. I also contacted the hotel itself about their false statements about the renovations and improvements that obviously are not true, but after a week, have yet to receive a response.

2. When I told the front desk about the door and the missing phone, his response was 'oh, you must be in room 1xx, we've been having problems with that room,' which was fine except that I was in room 307, which tells me that there is at least one or more rooms with similar issues.

5. The hotel has a fleas infestation, when we complained about it, the response from the front desk was that they were aware of the problem, but didn`t realize it was happening in our room, no apology was issued, nor an attempt to fix the problem.
