7. Negatives: The first thing I noticed was that the sliding door/window in our room did not lock, and in addition there was a huge rip in the screen that looked as if someone had previously broken into the room.

9. The hotel was infested with bed bugs and apparantly it is a huge problem throughout San Fran.
