3. For the amount I paid I was not expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised, the lobby seemed new and the staff was very pleasant and helpful, the night we arrived it was raining and they lent us a umbrella to when we went out.

5. Oveall, the staff and GM made our one night a pleasant experience and I would encourage LS voucher holders to go with a more positive attitude and remember you're not staying at the Ritz-Carlton.

8. Having stayed at the Heritage Marina a couple of years ago, when we were pleasantly surprised by the facilities, and amazed by the fabulous breakfast buffet, we were a bit disappointed with it when we returned this year.
