1. It would be hard to 'mask' the cleanliness considering the bedding was white on white and the bathroom was completely white with chrome fixtures.

The front desk staff was completely rude and unhelpful and told us that the only thing that they could do for us would be to move us to a different room, when we asked if it would be a nicer room (as in cleanliness, and being able to lock our doors and windows) she replied it would be the same as the one we were in.
