3. Oveall, the staff and GM made our one night a pleasant experience and I would encourage LS voucher holders to go with a more positive attitude and remember you're not staying at the Ritz-Carlton.

6. Three positives - our bell hop and the security folks were very friendly, but the folks at the front desk, didn't seem to care when we complained of issues with the room.
