1. The only drawback as previously mentioned is the parking charge but in a city with limited spots its nice to have a gated and secure spot to come home to at night.

3. I understand that this hotel is in the city but your security guards SHOULD WORRY ABOUT DRUNKS OR SUSPICIOUS PEOPLE WHO CAN JUST ENTER THE HOTEL AND HARRASS THE GUESTS AND NOT SPEND THEIR TIME CHECKING ON PEOPLE WHO HAVE INFANTS WHO ARE CRYING.
"STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO PAY $45 FOR PARKING AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/23/2012 Vote

9. The only problem - the area, even close to the Civic center, is noisy at night and not secure at all - lot of homelesss and dangerous looking people directly in front of the hotel.
"Good hotel, not so good area " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/3/2011 Vote
10. Really large room (for SF), Direct acces to the pool area from the hotel room would be nice in summer, not so nice in the colder weather in september because it wasnt possible (for security reasons) to leave the window open for airing .
