The only drawback as previously mentioned is the parking charge but in a city with limited spots its nice to have a gated and
secure
spot to come home to at night.

I understand that this hotel is in the city but your
secur
ity guards SHOULD WORRY ABOUT DRUNKS OR SUSPICIOUS PEOPLE WHO CAN JUST ENTER THE HOTEL AND HARRASS THE GUESTS AND NOT SPEND THEIR TIME CHECKING ON PEOPLE WHO HAVE INFANTS WHO ARE CRYING.

On the day we arrived, we were in the elevator going up to our room when a drunk man with cases of beer was asking what we were doing there and if how long we are going to stay whch if you ask me is weird to see in a '
secure
d' hotel.

The only problem - the area, even close to the Civic center, is noisy at night and not
secure
at all - lot of homelesss and dangerous looking people directly in front of the hotel.

Really large room (for SF), Direct acces to the pool area from the hotel room would be nice in summer, not so nice in the colder weather in september because it wasnt possible (for
secur
ity reasons) to leave the window open for airing .
