3. Staff is great and if you are a Priority One member, you get on the top floors which are the best.

4. The buffet breakfast (we prepaid) was really very good, one of the best I ever had in an US hotel.

5. The area is not the best with quite a few homeless people around but they are harmless (although every night when we wondered back to the hotel we saw a drunk guy being handcuffed.
