1. We saw the sign that said gust parking $46, but they gave us a great rate, which included the parking.

6. For breakfast I went to Sam's Diner across the road which was great and ate much more cheaply and by the looks of the dining room at the hotel ate much fresher ingredients too.

9. The advantage of the hotel is its value- great location (at the middle of the Civic Center) for fair price, much cheaper than other places we checked.

10. Also, this hotel is very conveniently located close to the BART station, which is great if you're on a short stay visit and want easy access to and from the airport with large bags.
