9. The next day when the cleaning staff was about to clean my room I went down to my car to get something and when I got back after exactly 10minutes they were already in the next room.

10. I requested that my linens be replaced since I accidentally spilled water on the bed, but once I came back the bed was still wet and they didn't even bother to clean the bathroom.
