3. Rooms were perfect, extremely comfortable beds, lobby space really nice, location was great for discovering a few new places in South of Market, fantastic restaurants on Folsom St, easy access to F Tram, Muni, Bart, Market.

6. the hotel soon sorted me out with a new card and room :)The room was clean and tidy and the beds were to die for, we had a little balcony which looked out to Market Street, so the location is PERFECT.

8. Drinks are particularly expensive; a bottle of Samuel Adams' lager was nearly double what I paid in two comparable hotels and a Kendall-Jackson Chardonnay was 50% more than we paid in a smart restaurant in new Orleans.

10. We stayed on the 12th floor thanks to our Priority Club membership and all of these rooms were newly renovated.
