1. The only reason this is not rated 5 is the prevalence of what appear to be homeless people wandering the streets in the area.

8. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, valet parking was fairly reasonable (for SF), and best of all we were able to bring our 5-pound toy poodle for a $25/stay cleaning fee.

9. We booked a family suite (rooms 705, 706 and 707) for a very reasonable price and we admired the size of the rooms (705 has two queen beds, 707 has one queen) and the fact that we had a 3rd room that we could use as our living room in which there was another sofabed.
