1. positives - great location for getting to and from the airport, clean and tidy rooms with everything you need, 5 mins walk from the start of the Powell tram station ($6 single or you can get a day pass $14 which includes buses and underground too) shopping centre 5 mins walk, lots to do in the main street.

2. One of the few positive points about this hotel was the free Wi-Fi, which helped start writing this review; other than that there was very little that inspired a seemingly reasonable traveller.

3. During the night we heard prostitute's fighting for positions outside the hotel, open drug taking round the corner, obscene graffitti on walls of the hotel.
