1. Nice big tv if you want to watch local stuff (only put it on once), coffee making stuff in the room, shower did the job, always plenty of hot water.

3. Unfortunately there was a big conference on in town whilst we were there so two more nights had to be endured before moving up to the Fishermans Wharf area which was much nicer and we'd recommend staying there.

5. The hotel is close to Union Square which is great however and this is a big HOWEVER the road the hotel is on or leads to Tenderloin.

8. Value - we stayed in a 2 double-beds room, with an area for a desk, couple of chairs, minibar and a new 32 inch LCD TV - that's pretty big for a SF standard - and we paid $80 (pre-tax) per night.
