1. I liked the security side you have to swipe your room card to enter the hotel in an evening and agin to access the lifts, car parking is $25 a day but well secure again.

3. Note: The hotel elevators are secure (no outsiders can go up and down in the elevators due to needing the access key).

4. Have to give a thumbs up to the security staff though, we had rowdy neighbours past midnight (thin walls too maybe) and after a quick call to security they came almost immediately to check out the problem.

6. Ever since we got to the lobby, we felt more secure, the assitance given by Victor at front desk was wonderful, he was willing to help us at all time, kind, patient and great attitude,also samantha was really kind and helpful.
