1. Although our room came with 2 queen beds as opposed to the king bed we requested (expedia bargain tix said it was up to the hotels availability), we were still plenty comfortable on the one bed.

5. The staff we dealt with were friendly, the breakfast was good and plentiful and free, wireless access is good and free, the location is bad as far as safety goes, parking was $25 which is inexpensive for San Fran, but based on our experience, I would not stay here again.
