1. we knew about the hostel/homeless situation in the area but was more unpleasant than had expected - for the tourist there are some beautiful areas to stay in - but not here.

2. I stay their for 3 nights to visit my friends on San Francisco the room was great, the service is awesome the hotel is so beautiful and the staff they are very friendly and helpful to me, and that's how they satisfied me on my stay.
