1. Excellent budjet hotel in not the best area of San Francisco, however the hotel itself is clean secure and has good facilities.

2. Bathroom - good/clean (extractor fan can't be turned off - bit disturbing if you're a light sleeper)Breakfast - Basic but GoodArea - good for getting to all attractions/transport/shopping but If you want to see the best of the city then it's not ideal.

4. On our last night, we had asked him where the best place was to have brunch in the morning and he actually took time out of his day to type up a list of the best brunch restaurants in the city for us.

The things I like about the COVA are: great value, modern and comfortable rooms, helpful and friendly staff (the best I have found in SF), free breakfast, free shuttle, close to Union Square and downtown, international clientele, location next to 'Little Saigon' where there is a wide selection of restaurants with delicious Vietnamese food.
