1. The room itself like other reviewers in tripadvisor had mentioned, only has cosmetic looks, it's not a bad look except you can tell it's using old materials to re-fitting the room.

3. I paid bit less then 70 USD per night as I got a promotion price (stay more then 2 nights and get 30% off or something like that).

4. Anyhow you also see that the neighbourhood is influenced by young artists and the city's attempt to refurbish it, as it is close to major tourist spots (like union square and china town)The Hotel itself is situated in an old Building which is typical for that area.

5. Cute bathroom with an older tub but nifty modern accents (like the rain-making shower head).

6. There were only two things I would say were the 'negatives' and that would be the lighting in the bathroom was too bright (felt like the gates of heaven exploded in your face) and the front desk staff, with exception of Sam, always seemed to be in a bad mood.
