3. Complaining to management got no more response than an apology and a weak excuse that they could do nothing about the picketing; maybe not, but they could have protected guests from being approached by pickets and had enough staff only feet away to do so.

8. The room needed some work when we got there (broken and running toilet, spill on carpet) but the staff is very, very responsive and really nice.
