Over five nights my room was serviced just once and when I complained I simply received the standard

Complaining to management got no more
respons
e than an apology and a weak excuse that they could do nothing about the picketing; maybe not, but they could have protected guests from being approached by pickets and had enough staff only feet away to do so.
