4. The positives of this hotel:- It's right across the street from the San Francisco Bay and you can enjoy a great view if your room's in the right place, as well as a breezy walk along the Bay.

8. While the Grand Hyatt was a terrible experience in a run-down location, the Hyatt Regency was a breath of fresh air and finally gave some positive marks for us on the Hyatt brand.

10. It's not the cleanest room you'll stay in and the bathrooms are bare bones basic but the bed is a winner and the rooms are big with big windows so at least for me the positive outweighs the negative.
