1. Bottom line, this hotel is a good value in a decent location.

2. It is situated across the street from the Ferry Terminal so even though it is rather large with the classic Hyatt inner atrium design, once you leave your decent-sized room and the hotel, you are in a perfect spot for sightseeing, foodie interests and hopping on the Street Car or Cable Car to either Fisherman's Wharf or Nob Hill and the Powell line.

3. A decent breakfast in town will run you $20-$25 a person, so for the extra money, you get drinks all day, snacks, good appetizers, dessert at night and the alcohol will run you anywhere from $4-$6.

4. My room, which is a decent size is in need a good cleaning, the bathroom is so small, you almost have to walk into the tub to close the door to use the toilet.

6. I would never stay here again, and I urge you to go to one of the hundreds of lovely B&Bs that SF can offer, where you get personal service, free internet and decently-priced rooms and meals.

7. It's not fancy, and it has a bit of a dated feel, but it's clean, comfortable, and has very decent amenities.

8. The water pressure was lacking (in spite of having a decent shower-head: Anystream), and in spite of having TONS of space in the bathroom, for whatever reason, they built the shower SUPER SMALL and cramped.
