1. I was there on business at a conference and I thought the elevators were pretty slow and got backed up after each session, but how serious a shortcoming is that? One thing I definitely did not like was the bathroom; if you're a big person you're not going to be happy with the toilet, it's small and cramped (and I'm not that big).

3. The bathroom was pretty cramped, like that of a studio apartment, and had a slight but noticeable sewer smell (that is found all over SF, of course.

4. The room had small wear and tear issues like wall scuff marks, the desk chair seat was slightly torn, the carpet was frayed a little around the edges, etc.

7. For a business class hotel, it seemed a like a bummer to have to pay for internet, to have to pay to get (empty) wine glasses delivered (fee waived), and that the television signal was analog resulting in a fuzzy picture.

8. We don't normally stay at large hotels, but were able to get the personal attention we like and had no issues with crowds of business people there for seminars.
