1. I was there on business at a conference and I thought the elevators were pretty slow and got backed up after each session, but how serious a shortcoming is that? One thing I definitely did not like was the bathroom; if you're a big person you're not going to be happy with the toilet, it's small and cramped (and I'm not that big).
