1. It helped that I could enter the hotel at the stree level and avoid the vertigo inducing lobby.

2. I had a problem with the cleanliness of the bathroom at check in and while I have to say that the managers and supervisors handelef the situation appropriately, it took two cleans by housekeeping (with help from me) to get it clean.

4. Check out was quick and smooth (a Monday, no events), concierge was helpful in booking an airport shuttle and checking bags for the afternoon.
