1. The hotel offers a guest complimentary wine between 5 and 6pm which makes a welcome wind down at the end of a day or trip.

4. Don't let the lobby photos fool you, this hotel isn't as 'Ritzy' as you might expect, however the it definitely has a warm and welcome feel.

10. Even though I booked room on Priceline at a good discount, we were graciously welcomed upon checking in and upgraded (at no charge) to a club level room that faced out onto Post Street.
