2. I emailed the company to bring this to their attention, their basic reply, we will address house keeping with this issue.

3. About the only things I saw that were needing attention was some raised carpeting, a couple sconces that needed new shades and some chipped paint on some areas of woodwork, but to me it all added to the ambience.
