1. I would probably return to this Kimpton although it was not as good as their property in new York - The Ink 48.

2. The tea was coffee and i had to call 3 more times to get this changed and a new tea bag, which took 20 minutes as the room service staff do not really understand English, other than taking an order.

3. As its not a new building or business oriented hotel electrical outlets are not ideally placed, nor is there a large work desk.

4. Enjoyed new Year's Eve at the Hotel with their event and most of all their coffee in Postrio restaurant is way better than Starbucks will ever hope to be.

5. About the only things I saw that were needing attention was some raised carpeting, a couple sconces that needed new shades and some chipped paint on some areas of woodwork, but to me it all added to the ambience.

10. (new elevator shaft?) The furniture in the room seemed crammed in and the television, which didn't offer many channels, was set at a 90 degree angle to both beds, to the great displeasure of our 13 year old who occupied one.
