All of the staff we encountered, at the desk, on the phone, and the valet out front, were helpful,

to issues, friendly, and welcoming.

Everything about the hotel was terrific except the point I just talked about the price I got was exceptional the glitch was the definitive musty odor in room and when I informed management about this their
respons
e was to bring in an ionizer clean air machine which did not seem to accomplish much.

We got immediate
respons
e to the complaint about the door, but how did it get missed by the maid when she cleaned prior to our stay? That said, the bed and bedding was excellent as it always is in Kimpton Hotels, but boy, am I glad I wasn`t paying the full price for that room.
