1. The staff were very pleasant and friendly, but you didn't really get a sense of recognition when you returned each day (different from many other hotels, in our experience).

10. Bathroomw is bright and tidy, but tile edges and back of the toilet were grubby and toiletries are basic and not pleasant smelling (reminiscent of cleaning products, I thought).
