1. We didn't find the staff particularly helpful when providing guidance on where else to eat and drink locally - especially given it was our first visit to San Francisco and we really didn't know our way around.

9. stayed here for 4 nights for our 1st visit to california, check in was very efficient and staff very helpful, they upgraded us to a suite as we were celebrating our 4oth wedding anniversary, would say room was comfortable but nothing special but nice and clean.
