6. I've stayed at the Westin St Francis, Westin Market Street, Marriott Marquis, Hilton and Parc 55 and all of them are much better than the Adagio.

8. Actually, all of the forgoing stuff did not bother me that much -- but did bother some of my fellow business travelers who have similarly found better accommmodations in SF.

10. We were not clear in asking for the hotel to fix some of the problems we ran into, so I cannot dock them too much for these things as they were not given a chance to make them better.
