7. When we had booked 6 months earlier and enquired about a family room, we were told to book a twin, which would have 2 queen beds, so would be OK if our 2 daughters were happy to share a queen bed.

8. I was sooo happy to get my staff back that I didn't even say anything, but later we realized that NOONE apologized or offered anything complimentary (at least a free drink - as a token of apology) to us.
