9. All the staff were courteous and helpful, and were not 'hunting for tips' I say this because I stayed in the Savoy Hotel in London (another fairmont hotel) before leaving England and I found myself in an atmosphere of 'tip expectation'.

10. All of the staff I encountered were courteous and very helpful, the bar/restaurant area was compact but the food service was good although the menu was a little limited (lunchtime).
