9. Kensington Park was a terrific boutique hotel and was very conveniently located in proximity to restaurants, shopping and cable cars.

10. The location is terrific, 6 blocks from the Chinatown Gate and the Cable car stop is 1/2 block away for everything else not in walking distance.
