1. The Muni (subway & trains) cost $2 per trip except the cable cars which are $6 per trip.

9. Definitely go for the upgrade because for $20 we got on the 10th floor with a view and it was very quiet, except for street noise.

10. I kept thinking I would discover why the room rate was so cheap, but instead found the location, linens, view, TV, updated bathroom, doorman, valet parking, more than I excepted or even hoped for.
