1. The best part is the location- you can basically walk anywhere from the convenient placement next to Union Square.

2. Also, no small fridge (seriously, all hotels should have one for the convenience of their customers and not have to pay extra for it - in Australia and Asia, I have yet been to a hotel that does not have one.
