1. We have never been treated like royalty before and it was SOOOO amazing to be rock stars for a night.

2. like most other hotels in the city they charge an arm & a leg for parking ($36 for cars/$40 for SUVs & trucks + 14% tax) ouch.

9. Our room was on the 11th floor with a view of Nob Hill, and fresh GOOD coffee (we like ours strong and tasty) was served every morning on that floor, near our room.
