1. We had a large & quiet room with fridge, microwave & coffe-maker and king-sized bed.

2. Stayed 3 nights with wife & 2 teenagers (girl 16, boy 13) and found it was a safe, relatively quiet & in a usefull location for sights (we walked to Fisherman's Wharf in 20 mins).
